Abstract
Magnetohydro dynamics (MHD) and bioconvection phenomenon has gained a lot of popularity for its various applications in almost every discipline of engineering and sciences, i.e. design of bio cells, bio sensors bio micro systems etc. In this article, how activation energy and magnetism played a new and very important part in heat and mass transfer. The classical Navier Stokes equations in the present model are transformed into simple equations by similarity function, then solved by problem solver. Numerical simulations are done using bvp4c MATLAB software. It can be seen that the enhancement of Prandtl number leads to increase Nusselt number where as by increasing reaction rate constant, fitted rate constant, temperature difference parameter, magnetic parameter leads to decrease the value of Nusselt number. As the Schmidt number increases then mass diffusivity decreases, so concentration of nanoparticles also decrease. The bioconvection reaction constant is sketched against density of motile microorganism. The momentum diffusivity increases by increasing Schmidt number, which means velocity of the fluid increases, but mass diffusivity decreases. The chemicals are consumed during a chemical reaction, so concentration as well as density profile reduces. Different physical parameters are sketched and through tables they are compared with the existing literature.
